The Education Program Manager is part of the Education Team and will report to the VP of Education & Community. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong self-starter who can work well independently in a matrixed organization. The Education Program Manager will oversee the administration for Imagen’s Learning Management Program - Imagen University and support end to end program management for multiple Imagen U pathways.
You will have oversight in managing a complex course deployment schedule, day-to-day learning operations, and program management. You will partner closely with the VP of Education to design and scale learning programs, owning responsibility for structure, curriculum, and delivery model to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of learning programs ensuring that reporting produces meaningful insights to impact business outcomes.
This 40 hour a week hybrid role is in our Scottsdale Support Center office, 3 days a week.
Responsibilities- Imagen University Program Management & Delivery 40% Work in partnership with the VP of Education to design, implement, and refine learning programs that support practice growth and enhance leadership skills across the organization.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of learning programs from start to finish.
- Partner with subject matter experts, facilitators, sponsors and mentors to deliver high-quality learning experiences via Imagen University pathways.
- Manage learning cohorts, ensuring consistency and alignment across program cycles.
- Manage each learner’s journey through appropriate content based on their practice’s growth strategy.
- Practice Onboarding Program Management 30% Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across the organization for every role type.
- Design and deliver onboarding curriculum that integrates company culture, values, systems, and role-specific training.
- Partner with P&C, Talent Acquisition, and functional leaders to continuously refine and scale onboarding to meet evolving business needs.
- Establish clear success metrics to measure onboarding effectiveness and time-to-productivity.
- Enrollment Management 15% Responsible for end-to-end execution of the course deployment schedule for Imagen University including all curriculum assignments, cohort management and rosters, enrollment tracking and reporting.
- Develop and maintain enrollment dashboards and reporting tools to track participant pipeline health.
- Coordinate communication with learners regarding enrollment, pre-work, and implementation support.
- Manage all Continuing Education (CE) distribution and reporting, ensuring full compliance with AGD PACE guidelines.
