The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.
The role blends sales, merchandising and operations, with duties such as cashiering, displays, register procedures and store cleaning, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales and recruit Teammates. The AIT/AM will train teammates, provide leadership, and step in as Store Manager in their absence.
