• Take ownership of the Scottsdale market's revenue, profitability, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Personally deliver meaningful client work aligned with your expertise while balancing your leadership responsibilities.
• Improve operations and collaborate across offices and service lines to support clients and the team.

We believe that it will help shape how you contribute. You may have built your experience in public accounting, private industry, tax, audit, CAS, or outsourced financial leadership.
