Job Description

Schedule:

Flexible schedule including weekdays, rotating weekends, evenings/nights as needed, and select holidays. $85K/DOESenior living is an around-the-clock environment. This position requires:
• Broad Availability:
Willingness to work a varied schedule comprising weekdays, evenings, and rotating weekend shifts.
• Holiday Support:
Participation in rotating holiday leadership coverage to support our teams and celebrate with residents.
• Operational Adaptability: A flexible mindset ready to adjust shift hours when census surges, audits, or unforeseen staffing gaps arise.

Job Summary:

The Associate Executive Director (AED) is a strategic, hands-on leadership development role for a high-potential leader. Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director (ED), the AED supports day-to-day operations and actively prepares to assume full responsibility for the overall management and direction of the community in accordance with all federal, state, local, and licensing regulations, as well as all company policies and procedures.

The AED is crucial to driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing a culture of compassion and resident-centered care, all while embodying MBK values.
