Pay Estimated: $22.45-$27.45/Hour. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, including geographical location.

• Cut, shape, and form raw materials to specified dimensions using manual or semi-automated machines.
• Operate equipment such as lathes, mills, routers, drill presses, brakes, shears, and grinders.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, process sheets, and sketches to perform machining tasks.
• Set up machines, make necessary adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Use precision measuring tools (gauges, jigs, and fixtures) to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor product quality using statistical process control or other standard inspection techniques.
• Interface with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve basic issues.
• Follow general instructions for routine work; receive detailed guidance for new or specialized assignments.

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate or 1+ year of hands-on machining or machine operation experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering and CAD drawings to support machining tasks.
• Proficient in using mechanical hand tools and basic power tools.
• Familiarity with shop safety procedures, measuring devices, and basic machine tool operation.
• Basic computer literacy and organizational skills required.
• Must be able to work on-site and follow standard operating procedures.
