Pay Estimated: $22.45-$27.45/Hour. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, including geographical location.

Responsibilities- Cut, shape, and form raw materials to specified dimensions using manual or semi-automated machines.
- Operate equipment such as lathes, mills, routers, drill presses, brakes, shears, and grinders.
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, process sheets, and sketches to perform machining tasks.
- Set up machines, make necessary adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
- Use precision measuring tools (gauges, jigs, and fixtures) to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor product quality using statistical process control or other standard inspection techniques.
- Interface with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve basic issues.
- Follow general instructions for routine work; receive detailed guidance for new or specialized assignments.
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certificate or 1+ year of hands-on machining or machine operation experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering and CAD drawings to support machining tasks.
- Proficient in using mechanical hand tools and basic power tools.
- Familiarity with shop safety procedures, measuring devices, and basic machine tool operation.
- Basic computer literacy and organizational skills required.
- Must be able to work on-site and follow standard operating procedures.
