Position: Adv Production Operator 1 with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
* Execute moderately complex assembly and production operations, including both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks involving electronic and mechanical subassemblies (e.g., modules, boards, panels, frames, cables).
* Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to complete fabrication, inspection, and integration tasks in research, production, or pre-production settings.
* Perform component installation, hand soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing using advanced methods and techniques.
* Support the integration and build of hardware for prototypes, subassemblies, or complete systems.
* Conduct moderately complex electrical testing, as well as hardware rework and refurbishment to meet performance specifications.
* Accurately complete required process documentation and enter data into work order management systems.

Qualifications:

* U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

* Education:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
* Clearance:
Active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.

* Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Preferred:
Experience working to J-STD-001 with Space Addendum standards.
* Proficiency with measuring and test equipment.
* Familiarity with data entry and production tracking software.
