If you love words, storytelling and turning ideas into compelling content, you might be just who we’re looking for! Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager and working closely with teams across the company, you’ll be our go‑to content creator for everything from blog posts and white papers to flyers, emails and webinars. You’ll help shape our voice, keep messaging consistent and on‑brand, and make sure our value shines through in every word.

We’re looking for someone who can switch gears effortlessly—from writing educational content that builds awareness to crafting persuasive copy that drives action. You’re passionate about understanding stakeholder personas, including their interests, fears and motivations, to find imaginative and unexpected ways to attract, engage and sell to them through your content marketing efforts. You should also be fluent in SEO best practices (think keyword research, on‑page optimization and link building) and know how to make Google and answer engines fall in love with our web content.

This role is perfect for a creative thinker who knows how to connect with both business decision‑makers (B2B) and everyday consumers (B2C). If you stay on top of content marketing trends, geek out over great copy and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, let’s talk!

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit a wide range of engaging B2B and B2C content such as web copy, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, flyers, webinars, video scripts, reports and white papers.

  • Ensure all submitted copy is written in AP Style, meets high standards of excellence and is free from grammatical, syntactical and other errors.
  • Collaborate with the Search Marketing Manager to craft and optimize site content for search engines (SEO), boosting organic traffic with strategies like on‑page SEO, link building and keyword research.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct research and gather essential information, leveraging internal resources and external sources as necessary to inform content copy.
  • Play a key role in developing, executing and refining the content marketing strategy to support business objectives, lead generation and customer retention.
  • Work with the Corporate Communications Manager to create and manage a detailed content calendar, overseeing its execution to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Create content marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive prospects through the funnel and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer to develop and refine impactful content and visuals including flyers, infographics, videos and presentations.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of all copy content through senior marketing and communications leadership, project teams and internal legal resources.
  • Publish content to the appropriate channels, including web, email and social media. Analyze content performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights and optimize future content based on data to maximize ROI.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Establish and maintain a current and archived content management library of resources, ensuring accessibility and organization of content assets for seamless retrieval and utilization.
