Affiliate Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of affiliate programs across client accounts
• Help identify, onboard, and communicate with affiliates and influencer partners
• Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and campaign execution (gifting, briefs, timelines, deliverables)
• Track performance (links, codes, sales, engagement, ROI) and help compile weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and documentation for creators, deliverables, and results
• Collaborate with internal team members (onshore and offshore) to ensure goals stay aligned
• Stay up to date on trends in social media, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships

• You're based in/near Scottsdale and excited to work hybrid with in-office collaboration
• Strong written communication skills (you can sound professional and personable)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple clients/projects without dropping the ball
• Comfortable learning new platforms/tools and troubleshooting small issues independently
• You're open-minded, creative, fast-paced, and willing to wear multiple hats (agency life moves quick!)
• Interest in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media growth — you're excited to learn and grow in this space

• Experience with influencer outreach, affiliate platforms, or creator campaigns (even personal projects count!)
• Familiarity with Tik Tok/IG content trends and what performs well
• Basic reporting experience (Google Sheets, dashboards, pulling metrics, etc.)
• You've worked in an agency environment or managed multiple priorities at once
