The Marketing Coordinator serves as a strategic, agent-facing marketing partner, delivering high-touch customer service and hands‑on marketing support to real estate sales associates. This role is responsible for empowering agents through marketing education, training, presentations, and ongoing guidance leveraging company tools, platforms, and resources to help agents grow their business, strengthen their brand, and enhance overall market presence.
Job Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Agent Marketing Support & Customer Service- Serve as the primary marketing support contact for sales associates, delivering high-quality customer service and timely, solution-oriented assistance.
- Consult with agents to assess business goals and provide customized marketing guidance, recommendations and best practices.
- Assist agents with the development and execution of approved marketing materials, campaigns and presentations utilizing company-approved tools, platforms and resources.
- Act as a trusted marketing partner to sales associates by guiding them through available marketing platforms, templates, systems and support services to maximize effectiveness and compliance.
- Manage and execute the company’s Luxury Marketing Program, supporting luxury listings through coordinated print, digital, and direct marketing initiatives.
- Prepare, submit, and coordinate luxury listing materials for print publications, digital placements, and approved advertising platforms in compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support luxury listings with targeted digital and social media–ready marketing assets, ensuring elevated presentation, consistency, and premium brand positioning.
- Collaborate with agents to strategically promote luxury listings using company-approved luxury marketing tools, resources, and distribution channels.
- Assist in the development, customization and production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, postcards, presentations and buyer/seller guides.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with company brand guidelines, regulatory guidelines, regulatory requirements and established quality standards.
- Advise agents on the effective use of marketing materials to support listings, client outreach, presentations and overall business development efforts.
- Support sales associates in the effective use of company-approved marketing platforms, software and digital tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available marketing resources and proactively communicate updates, enhancements and best practices to agents.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for basic marketing platform questions and guide agents to appropriate solutions, resources or escalation channels as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify agent needs, training gaps, and opportunities to enhance marketing support and service delivery.
- Collect and synthesize agent feedback to support continuous improvement of marketing programs, training initiatives, and available resources.
- Assist with special marketing projects and initiatives that advance agent success, operational efficiency, and overall company objectives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned in support of the marketing department and agent success initiatives.
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
