We’re looking for a creative, charismatic, and strategic Content and Community Manager to help bring the M Drive mission to life across digital and real‑world channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes health and wellness, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and takes pride in crafting engaging, authentic stories that inspire action.

You’ll lead content creation across social media, video, and digital campaigns, while also helping to grow and nurture our brand community — from loyal customers to ambassadors, influencers, and event partners. You’ll have the freedom to explore new ideas, try bold things, and bring your unique perspective to how men discover and connect with M Drive.

• Lead M Drive’s content strategy and creation across social, digital, and community platforms — including photography, video, short‑form social, and live content.
• Plan and produce engaging content that educates and inspires men around health, performance, and lifestyle.
• Develop and coordinate relationships with content creators, ambassadors, and event partners to expand brand reach and authenticity.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns, brand tone, and storytelling across all channels.
• Represent M Drive at select events, capturing and creating on‑the‑ground content and connecting with customers and partners.
• Community Engagement — participate in relevant Reddit forums, Facebook groups, Discord communities, and other digital spaces to understand and engage with driven men.
• Monitor and contribute to conversations around men’s health, testosterone, wellness, fitness, and aging.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and continually elevate our brand presence.

• Strategic yet hands‑on — you’re just as comfortable building a campaign plan as you are behind the camera or editing a reel.

• Self‑starter with ownership mentality — you don’t wait for direction; you find opportunities and run with them.

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, community management, or related marketing roles.
• Proven experience growing and engaging digital audiences.
• Strong skills in short‑form content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, X, Facebook) and content tools (Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, etc.).
• Experience managing influencer, ambassador, or creator programs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple creative projects.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or men’s lifestyle content is highly preferred.
