Comm Loan is transforming commercial real estate lending with a powerful, data‑driven marketplace platform. Our proprietary CUPID technology connects borrowers and brokers to a vast network of lenders, streamlining the loan process with transparency, speed, and scale. Our Empower Team is dedicated to equipping commercial mortgage brokers and loan originators with the tools, training, and ongoing support they need to succeed on our platform.

This is an in‑office role at Comm Loan’s headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist / Manager to fully own our organic social presence across both Comm Loan’s corporate brand and our CEO’s personal brand. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves building strategy and executing it. You’ll own everything from content planning and creation to posting, engagement, and performance optimization.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement and credibility across platforms, with a heavy emphasis on Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube, and an eye toward Tik Tok and X.

This is an ideal role for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to take real ownership, grow with the company, and help shape a brand in a high‑growth phase.

What You’ll DoSocial Strategy & Planning
  • Own and evolve Comm Loan’s organic social media strategy across all platforms
  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand, product, and business priorities
  • Translate marketing initiatives, product updates, and thought leadership into compelling social content
  • Manage both corporate and executive (CEO) social presences with distinct but aligned voices
Content Creation & Execution
  • Create, edit, and publish high‑quality content across formats: short‑and long‑form video, static posts, carousels, and captions
  • Write engaging, on‑brand captions tailored to each platform
  • Edit short‑form video content for social (Reels, Shorts, Linked In video, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture stories, insights, and ideas
Community & Channel Management
  • Own day‑to‑day posting, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to drive meaningful interaction
  • Build relationships with followers and amplify relevant conversations
Growth & Optimization
  • Track performance across platforms and analyze what’s working
  • Use insights to optimize content, cadence, and format
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices
  • Experiment with new content formats and platform features
Collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing, leadership, and external partners
  • Support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
  • Align social efforts with broader marketing and brand goals

  • Consistent, high‑quality content across all priority platforms
  • Noticeable growth in engagement, followers, and brand visibility/amplification
  • Strong, authentic presence for both Comm Loan and executive leadership
  • Content that feels modern, human, and aligned with a fintech brand
  • Clear ownership of social channels with minimal oversight
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on social media experience, agency experience welcome
  • Proven experience growing social accounts with measurable results
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube
  • Experience creating and editing short‑form video content
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of voice and tone
  • Highly organized, strong time management skills, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and content streams
  • Self‑starter who can take ownership and run with projects
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B, fintech, real estate, SaaS, or professional services
  • Familiarity with Tik Tok and X strategy and trends
  • Experience supporting executive or personal brand accounts
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar
  • Basic understanding of paid social or amplification strategies
