Role Description

This is a remote, contract position
Grant Writer specializing in Federal and Foundation Grants. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching funding opportunities, developing funder‑specific grant proposals, and supporting compliance‑driven submission processes.

Depending on project needs, this role may also include post‑award management support for funded projects, such as reporting assistance, documentation, and compliance tracking. The Grant Writer will collaborate with internal team members and client organizations while ensuring all work aligns with funder guidelines and ethical grant practices.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing and proposal development
  • Experience with federal and/or foundation grants (strongly preferred)
  • Background in grant research and funding identification
  • Familiarity withpost-award management, reporting, and compliance (preferred)
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote, contract environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
