- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in evaluating associate performance, providing feedback, coaching, redirecting, providing discipline as needed, and assume responsibilities in their absence or on request.
- Assist in developing and maintaining nursing objectives, standards of nursing practice, nursing policy and procedures, and methods for coordination of nursing services with other guest services.
- Coordinate clinical programs as assigned (e.g., Staff Development Program, Infection Control Program) and maintain all tracking and reporting systems.
- Hold a current, valid RN license, temporary RN license, or compact RN license, and maintain valid licensure to practice as an RN.
- Knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to SNF/Rehab Care.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing leadership experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Critical Care or SNF, preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
