We are seeking a Surgery RN to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Arizona in Scottsdale, Arizona
. This is a full‑time, on‑site position working Monday‑Friday with availability between 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

• Prepare patients for procedures, perform preoperative assessment, give discharge instructions, and start IV.
• Recover patients after general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care, reinforcing discharge instructions.
• Deliver direct patient care during pre‑, intra‑, and post‑operative phases in the surgical suite.
• Accurately document patient care and procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Clearly communicate post‑operative instructions to patients and families.
• Oversee surgical suite operations, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and equipment functionality.
• Adhere to and enforce aseptic techniques, quality control measures, and safety standards.
• Initiate emergency protocols as needed and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Mentor new staff and provide updates on any protocol changes.
• Support organizational policies and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Surgery Manager to assess equipment and supply needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the surgical team.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Education & Licensure: Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Active RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2‑3 years’ experience as a Circulating Nurse in the OR (required). Plastic surgery experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a diverse and fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Hourly Rate: $40.00‑$44.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
