Registered Nurse - Mother Baby

We are actively hiring a Registered Nurse – Mother Baby in Scottsdale, AZ. Nurses with experience in c‑section assistance, delivery, fetal NST, midwife, nursery care, or on‑call availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shift(s) available: day, night, and mid shifts.

Job types: full‑time, part‑time, and per diem.

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year experience in a mother‑baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic patient and family‑centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring both patients for signs of complications.
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform routine assessments of maternal and newborn vital signs.
• Provide emotional support and education to new mothers, focusing on safe and effective infant care, breastfeeding, and self‑care post‑delivery.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care during and after hospital stay.
• Accurately document maternal and newborn assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with hospital policies and procedures.
