What

the job looks like:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (Employee Health Nurse) to join our Health Services Division within the Health & Human Services Department. This is a foundational role-the first of its kind at SRPMIC - offering a unique opportunity to design and develop our Employee Health program from the ground up. Your leadership will establish best practices, set program standards, and shape the future of employee health services in the Community.

Your responsibilities will include conducting pre‑employment screenings, annual wellness assessments, immunizations, and TB testing, all in alignment with SRPMIC policies and occupational health standards. You'll manage employee health records, monitor work‑related illnesses and injuries, and collaborate with Human Resources and Risk Management to support return‑to‑work protocols. Your ability to educate staff, coordinate infection control efforts, and lead health initiatives will be key to your success.

Beyond clinical care, you'll play a vital role in health education, data collection, and program development. You'll lead training sessions on CPR, communicable disease prevention, and workplace safety, while also analyzing health trends to enhance employee wellness programs. Your work will directly contribute to a healthier, more informed, and resilient workforce.
