We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our interventional pain management team in Tucson, AZ.
- Provide comprehensive care by obtaining patient histories, performing physical exams, and developing treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic, therapeutic procedures, and injections such as trigger point and joint injections.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and offer patient counseling and education.
- Coordinate referrals, review lab/radiology reports, and handle medication refill requests.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and work collaboratively with staff and physicians.
- Participate in rotating on-call duties during non-clinic hours.
Board-certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner, BCLS, DEA license, excellent communication skills, and EMR proficiency.
