Director of Real Estate

The Director of Leasing & Real Estate oversees the full leasing lifecycle and property strategy for a portfolio of Class A/B office, light industrial, and other commercial assets owned and self-managed by the company (Landlord). Responsibilities include sourcing tenants, negotiating new and renewal leases, managing broker relationships, coordinating with property management and engineering teams, and supporting financial and operational handoffs. This individual serves as the landlord's primary leasing representative and strategic advisor, ensuring asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and risk mitigation.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or JD preferred. National certification (BOMA, IFMA, SIOR) is a plus.
• 7–10 years of commercial leasing experience (office and commercial) with landlord-side representation.
• Deep understanding of commercial lease structures, lease financials, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating leasing, design/construction, and property management functions.
