Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
  • Utilize resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
  • Maintain closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
  • Process rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
  • Follow through and assume accountability for overall move‑in program.
  • Assist in initiating and closing out service requests.
  • Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
  • Assist with outreach marketing program.
  • Help plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
  • Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
  • Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
  • Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Able to work weekends.

Job Type

Full‑time, in office (no hybrid working)

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus
