This position offers the chance to work directly with clients, assisting them in navigating the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your expertise will be vital in guiding clients through each phase of the process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

Responsibilities

• Earn your stripes through our hands-on new agent training — built to get you in the field fast and confident.
• Work side-by-side with a top-performing sales agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home.
• Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for.
• Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent.
• Dedicate 10+ focused hours each week to lead generation — no fluff, just results.
• Show up sharp for daily script practice — iron sharpens iron, and we level up together.
• Stay plugged into the team — trainings, events, and culture aren’t optional, they’re fuel.
• Lock in your weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our Partner Call — growth is a decision.
• Keep your pipeline tight — log your activity and results daily.

Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Real Estate License Required
• 1-3 Years sales experience preferred
• Positive, happy attitude
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
