• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in the Scottsdale area.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and communication throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and property values to advise clients effectively.

• Valid Arizona Real Estate License
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale and greater Arizona real estate market
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional ethics
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with local zoning laws, property disclosures, and real estate contracts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
