Del Pueblo Communities is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. This full‑time role handles all real‑estate activities and transactions on behalf of our clients, with consideration for part‑time arrangements.

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate.
• Coordinate housing permits (a plus).
• Handle escrow/transaction coordination with buyers.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers.
• Prepare market analysis to determine property value.
• Educate clients on basic real‑estate procedures.
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients.

• 3+ years of previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields.
• Real Estate license – MUST.
• MLS experience.
• Outlook/Excel experience required.
• Property listing experience.
• Familiarity with real‑estate contracts and leases.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Base pay + commission.
• 2 weeks of vacation per year.
• Healthcare allowance.
