Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for building relationships with prospective residents, managing leasing activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting property tours, processing applications, assisting current residents, coordinating move‑ins, and utilizing marketing strategies to attract potential residents. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall resident experience and promoting our communities.

Qualifications

  • Leasing and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship building and effective communication.
  • Sales and marketing skills, including property tours, resident retention planning, and utilization of leasing software.
  • Attention to detail when processing applications, leases, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict resolution capabilities to address resident concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in property management software and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in property management or real‑estate leasing is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’sKEEP degree in a relevant field is a plus).
