This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Manager located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Acquisition Manager will oversee the process of acquiring real estate properties, identifying potential investment opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless execution of acquisitions. This role involves analyzing market trends, building relationships with property owners and agents, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in contract management and deal structuring

• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations in Scottsdale, AZ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
