Administrator/Principal

InvestigatoronBLMCultural Resources Use Permitsand ARPApermits.

Qualifyandserveasa Project Directorunder Arizona Museumstandards .Provide technical-levelqualityassuranceandqualitycontrolofdeliverablespreparedbyotherqualifiedarchaeologists.

Overseeateamofarchaeologistsconductingdesktopstudiesandfieldinvestigations,includingreconnaissance-and pedestrian-levelsurveys,testing/excavations,andconstructionmonitoring.

Lead, manage, mentor, and support mid-level and junior archaeologists, including participating in hiring, mentorship, and employee engagement activities. Collaborate closely with

Cultural Resources Business Unit Leads ,the Consulting Director for Archaeology ,Area Managers,and Managing

Partners.

Serve asprimaryauthorortaskmanagerforculturalresourcestechnicalstudiesassociatedwithlargecapitalprojects,ensuringprojectobjectives,quality standards,budgets,andschedulesareachieved.

Manageprojectsthatrangefrommulti-statelineardevelopmentstosmallersite-specific initiatives.

ExpandERM’spresenceandmarketsharewithintheculturalresourcessectorthroughexcellenceintechnicaldeliveryandbusinessdevelopment.

Partner withERMManaging

Partnerstostrengthenexistingclientrelationshipsanddevelopnewclientopportunitiesthatcontributetorevenuegrowth.

Identifyandsupportcross-sellingopportunitiesacrossERMservicelines.

Collaborate withinERM’smultidisciplinary

Western

Rockiesteam,includingenvironmentalplanners,biologists,wetlandspecialists,GISspecialists,engineers,andothertechnicalprofessionals.

Represent ERMinmeetingsandcommunicationswithclients,agency representatives,teamingpartners,subcontractors,and stakeholders.

Identifysubcontractorneedsandoverseethequalityandscheduleperformanceofsubcontractorssupportingculturalresourcesprojects.

What You'll Bring:

Required Graduatedegreein Anthropology ,Archaeology,oracloselyrelatedfieldofstudy,orequivalentexperience.
8+yearsofrelatedprofessionalexperienceinarchaeology,culturalresourcesmanagement,andenvironmentalconsulting.

Secretaryofthe Interior-qualifiedarchaeologistand

Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA),withqualificationsmeetingorexceedingapplicableSHPOrequirementsfortheregion.

Demonstratedfieldexperienceandprincipal-leveloversightofprojectsthroughoutthe

Southwest,including inventory,survey,testing,anddatarecoveryefforts.

Demonstratedknowledgeof

SouthwesternarchaeologyandNEPAcompliancerequirements.

Experience authoring and/or reviewing agency-submitted technical reports, including Class I and Class IIIreports,culturalresourcestreatmentplans,andculturalresourcessectionsofNEPAdocuments.
