Position:
Sous Chef
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for high-quality food, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef with menu execution and kitchen management
- Supervise and train kitchen staff during service and prep
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
