Server 1 delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, consistently applying the 3‑step service model—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. The role supports dining operations, maintains member satisfaction and retention, and assists in service duties as needed.

• Reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager

• Maintain high service standards through Invited F&B training.
• Provide timely food and beverage service to members/guests.
• Execute orders from an a la carte menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name, offering a warm welcome.
• Assist teammates, ensuring a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints using service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, keeping work areas organized, clean, and stocked.
• Follow club cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.

• Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management.
• Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Maintain professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions.
• Follow safe working practices; ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Advance personal and professional growth; maintain required certifications.
• Resolve challenges using available resources and collaborate with regional and corporate teams.
• Attend daily briefings and stay engaged in required activities.
• Wear a clean, neat uniform meeting club standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications (state/city requirements).
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills; speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with teammates.

• Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments, potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.
• Climb ladders; squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and fold/unfold as required.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Effective communication; clear visual acuity.

Base pay reflects skills, experience, education, location, and hours worked (non‑exempt role).
