• A minimum of 2 years of fine‑dining Busser, Runner or Server experience; high‑volume experience is also ideal.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace.
• Clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Punctual, regular and reliable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to exert 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, stoop, kneel or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to be on feet for an entire shift.
• This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time.
