We’re looking for a talented and motivated Cook I to join our amazing Culinary Team at one of the largest private country clubs in North America.

Desert Mountain Club features seven signature golf courses and seven distinctive clubhouses – each with its own unique restaurant and banquets. You will have the opportunity to work and learn from our passionate and experienced chefs under the leadership of Bertrand Bouquin, Maîtres Cuisiniers de France.

Hourly pay starts at $22.00 and increases based on experience. We value experience and will pay for the skills you bring!

• Responsible for ensuring and preparing all menu items by following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef with minimal supervision.
• Receive food deliveries, store, and label items properly to prevent spoilage.
• Set‑up stations by checking and completing mise en place and pars.
• Assist chef with inventory and ordering.
• Execute all duties in accordance with DMC, Serv Safe, and health department standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required to stand for long periods of time.

At least 3–5 years of culinary experience in a full-service restaurant is required. Prior experience in an upscale restaurant and a graduate of an apprenticeship program or culinary school is preferred.
