POSITION OVERVIEW

The Cashier/Expo is a team member of the Front of House who is responsible for superior customer satisfaction through greeting, menu guidance, payment processing, loyalty benefits, and ensuring core values are carried out. The role is expected to be a role model for the D’Lite company culture, exhibiting the highest standards in overall guest experience, delivering the best service in a clean, friendly, and safe dining environment.

The Cashier/Expo reports directly to the Shift Leader and General Manager. The Cashier/Expo is accountable for executing policies, procedures, and direction provided by management and must successfully complete the D’Lite Team Member Training Program. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is requiredἐ; professional dress, speech, and behavior are mandatory.

• Greets customers professionally and enthusiastically, guides them through the menu, and processes orders efficiently.
• Has superior knowledge of the entire menu, ingredients, modifications, allergens, and up‑charge costs.
• Fields inside, drive‑thru, and phone orders.
• Performs the work of other team members as needed.
• Operates a Point of Sale system accurately, reconcil encounters daily check‑outs, sales, tips, and credit cards{text around}.
• Adheres to proper cash handling procedures at all times.
• Abides by policies for comps, voids, employee food, and the loyalty program.
• Completes primary and secondary responsibilities and daily duties at lieben level.
• Addresses customer complaints and reports issues to the Shift Leader or General Manager.
• Performs table touches to ensure order accuracy, food quality, refills, and guest satisfaction.
• Keeps company passwords and sensitive informa text confidentiality.
• Shows a positive, helping attitude and maintains professional conduct and appearance.
• Applies, implements, and abides by all policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
• Attends scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM; shift lengths بیا ranged from 4 to 8 hours.

• Must be meur 18 years or older.
• High school graduate.
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, honest, trustworthy, possessing integrity.

• Proficiency with Aloha POS is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
• Successful completion of the Team Member Training Program.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Reliable transportation.

Standing continuously; walking frequently; bending and squatting frequently; reaching and grasping frequently. Lifting 1–10 lbs continuously; 11–20 lbs frequently. No lifting above 25 lbs. The position may involve keeping a tool and material order, so the Employee will put them in safe hands.
