Administrative Support Team Associate, Scottsdale Fashion Square - Part Time
Position Summary:
As an Administrative Support Team Associate you will play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes by supporting daily operations, maintaining an organized Store Management Office, handling administrative and human‑resources functions, and coordinating internal communications.
- Maintain an organized Store Management Office.
- Handle administrative and human‑resources functions including scheduling, cash office operations, and maintenance requests.
- Support colleague engagement and store recognition programs.
- Serve as a liaison for HR‑related matters, coordinating new‑hire paperwork, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Distribute reports, balance the vault, and support maintenance requests.
- Ensure a professional, discreet, and well‑organized store environment.
- Flexible availability – days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Effective communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding employment policies and safety rules in English.
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourceful, adaptable, capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Comfortable using electronic devices and technology.
- 1–2 years related experience required.
- Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 lbs; stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders; reach above eye level.
- Requires close, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, including cash register operations.
Competitive pay of $15.75/hr – $20.48/hr
