Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support sales, hospitality, and store operations while maintaining the brand’s service standards.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients, provide hospitality, and help personalize their in-store experience.
- Support the engraving station and manage the floor waiting list when applicable.
- Keep hospitality areas, point-of-sale stations, and sales floor areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Assist with boxing and wrapping purchases, point-of-sale tasks, store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
- Communicate potential service issues to management.
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
