• High level of sales initiative, self‑motivated, and driven to generate leads.
• Design experience preferred – kitchens, baths, additions, and whole‑house remodels.
• Working knowledge of Chief Architect design software preferred (or willingness to learn).
• 2020 Design experience helpful.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and products.
• Knowledge of rough product pricing and selection for remodeling finishes.
• Ability to guide clients through the design phase to final payment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear, and use hands to finger, feel, and handle objects. Frequent reaching with hands and arms is required. The role may occasionally involve climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
