We are looking for 1–2 high‑level Disposition Managers to move wholesale real estate deals fast and clean. If you are disciplined, sales‑minded, emotionally controlled, and results‑driven, keep reading. If you are here to “try,” learn, or waste time — do not apply.
Compensation (Commission Only)- USA‑based Disposition Manager: 10% commission per closed deal
- Outside USA (Overseas): 5% commission per closed deal
No salary. No hourly. No paycheck mindset.
What You’ll Do- Sell wholesale real estate contracts to cash buyers
- Build and manage buyer relationships
- Follow up aggressively and professionally
- Push deals to closing under pressure
- Communicate clearly with acquisitions and leadership
- Sales‑minded
