Base pay range: $25,500 – $50,000 per year.

Receive up to 15% commission on team leads for buyer and seller clients.

• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts.
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments.
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments.
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents.
• Manage database and productivity reports.
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice.
• Become a real estate local expert.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.
• Full-time.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional telephone skills.
• Sales experience tracking to a quota.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
