Are you an outgoing individual who enjoys engaging with people? At TITE SOLAR, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly voice that reaches out to potential customers, helping to schedule appointments for our dedicated sales team and promoting the benefits of solar energy.

• Initiating contact in the field with potential customers to educate them about our solar solutions.
• Efficiently scheduling appointments for our sales representatives to connect with interested clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and keeping leads organized.
• Following up with leads to encourage engagement and book appointments.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals and celebrate successes together!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect with potential clients.
• A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
• Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is favorable, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage leads and appointments.
• A valid driver's license is required.

• Pay: $75000+ per year (Uncapped Commission + Bonuses).
