Position OverviewThis is a full‑time on‑site Field Sales Representative role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The representative will build relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored product solutions from Buckeye's comprehensive product line.
Key Responsibilities- Meet sales targets and manage customer accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and organize training for customers.
- Generate leads and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and account management.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships.
- Product knowledge or willingness to learn about environmental‑friendly cleaning and Green Seal® certified options.
- Strong communication skills for client relationships and product demonstrations.
- Problem‑solving and organizational skills to identify client needs and manage multiple accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior sales or customer service experience recommended.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, adaptable, capable of working independently.
