The Company

We are a leading Wealth Tech firm and Turnkey Asset Management Platform (TAMP), providing RIAs, broker‑dealers, and wealth management firms with an integrated, end‑to‑end technology and investment platform. Our offerings include institutional trading services, model portfolio delivery, SMAs, direct indexing, and alternative investments. We provide a dynamic and rewarding work environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and impact.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven salesperson with a strong hunter mindset. While elements of consulting and account management are part of the role, the primary focus is on generating new business. This position requires someone who is eager to sell, willing to make consistent outreach, and able to create their own opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire sales funnel and ready to take on any task that supports revenue growth.

A new team member has already begun closing business through consistent email outreach and calling. The successful candidate will bring the same level of initiative and will embrace a culture where no task is considered above or below them. The sales organization is flat, with an equal structure for bonuses and performance expectations.

Knowledge of the RIA market and familiarity with the custodial landscape are important. Experience with TAMPs is helpful. Candidates who currently sell to RIAs are preferred, though individuals coming from an RIA environment will also be considered. Outreach begins at eight in the morning and continues through four to ensure coverage across all time zones. The team goal is to bring in twelve to eighteen billion dollars in assets in 2026.

This role involves active new business development, participation in key industry events, and close collaboration with colleagues across the sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads within the RIA, Broker‑Dealer, and financial advisor markets.
  • Engage prospects through targeted outreach including calls, emails, webinars, direct meetings, trade shows, etc.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to successful client onboarding.
Collaboration & Strategic Engagement
  • Work closely with sales teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in sales strategies and client messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments to refine overall positioning and approach.
  • Represent at strategic industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records detailing client interactions, pipeline status, and sales outcomes.
  • Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior leadership and the CMO.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Hunter mentality – eagerness to make the calls and close deals.
  • Proven ability to sell without inbound leads.
  • Experience managing the full sales funnel (prospecting, lead generation, closing, onboarding)
  • Strong understanding of wealth tech and the RIA space
  • Turnkey Asset Management Platform “TAMP” experience is a big plus.
  • Experience recruiting (selling to) RIAs, Broker‑Dealers, and/or Financial Advisors.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% to 50% of the time.
  • The company cannot sponsor a Visa.
