Oasis Luxury Smart Homes is hiring a sales designer to own client relationships from first conversation to signed contract. You'll meet homeowners, builders and designers, design their home technology systems, write the proposal and hand off a clean project to our install team. This role isn't about slick pitches or pressure. It's about listening well, designing the right solution and turning trust into long-term relationships.

We design and install luxury home automation, AV, lighting and electrical systems across the Valley. We're always testing what's new and what's next, and nothing beats showing a client something they didn't know their home could do. We're growing, and our team is collaborative, upbeat and accountable. People tend to stick around. Some of our best people didn't fit the typical mold.

• Build and manage your own pipeline, including referral partners like builders, architects, interior designers and lighting designers
• Lead site surveys and walkthroughs, asking the questions that reveal how clients really live
• Design systems for home automation, audio/video, networking, lighting control, motorized shades, security and access control
• Create accurate proposals (no mystery math, no crossed fingers) and negotiate terms with clients and other trades
• Partner with operations, project management and our electrical team for smooth handoffs, and keep clients informed through completion
• Grow existing client relationships, because retention is revenue's quieter cousin
• Track your pipeline in our CRM, attend industry events and cover showroom demos

• A proven sales track record, ideally in luxury residential, construction or design
• B2B2C Relationship orientation, know how to connect with builders, architects, designers and develop business and relationships while also catering to the end users
• AV, home technology or electrical experience strongly preferred, but we'll coach the right person
• Clear, warm, direct communication in person, on the phone and in writing
• Organized enough to juggle multiple deals, timelines and personalities
• Comfort with Google Workspace and proposal software, plus the ability to pick up new or custom-built CRM systems quickly
• A bias toward follow-through: you do what you say you'll do

• CEDIA or manufacturer training
• Existing relationships with Valley builders, designers or architects
• Electrical sales experience
