Bright Star Care of Scottsdale is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales & Business Development – Phoenix East Valley to lead the growth of our skilled and non-skilled home care services, with a particular emphasis on developing our Concierge Care Program
.

This is not a traditional home care sales position.

Our Concierge Care Program is designed for discerning clients and families who expect an exceptional level of service, communication, responsiveness, clinical expertise, and attention to detail. These clients have the resources to choose the very best care available—and our goal is to make Bright Star Care their provider of choice.

We are looking for a polished, highly motivated sales professional who understands that earning the trust of these clients, their families, and their professional advisors requires more than simply selling a service. It requires credibility, relationship building, clinical understanding, exceptional communication, and a commitment to delivering a true white-glove experience.

A nurse with proven sales or business development experience would be an ideal candidate for this position.

As Director of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for building and expanding Bright Star Care's presence throughout the Phoenix East Valley
, with a primary focus on developing referral relationships and generating new clients for our Concierge Care Program.

You will identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, wealth advisors, estate planning professionals, concierge physicians, and other professionals who serve individuals and families seeking premium care solutions.

This position requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing a client's complex clinical needs with a healthcare professional and presenting a customized care solution to a high-net-worth family.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Phoenix East Valley.
• Build Bright Star Care's Concierge Care Program into a premier option for families seeking exceptional in-home care.
• Generate new skilled and non-skilled home care clients through strategic relationship development and direct sales activities.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with high-value referral partners.
• Educate referral sources, clients, and families about Bright Star Care's continuum of skilled nursing, personal care, companion care, and customized concierge services.
• Meet with prospective clients and families to understand their needs and help develop customized care solutions.
