- Connect with prospective clients to understand their risk profiles and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities through local networking and referrals.
- Perform thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure clients are adequately covered.
- Deliver detailed proposals that clearly explain coverage options and value to potential policyholders.
- Collaborate with our office team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to policy binding and servicing.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our internal systems.
- Valid (or willing to obtain) Property and Casualty Insurance License in Arizona
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Strong track record of managing an active sales pipeline.
- Clear and professional communication skills for building client trust.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and organizing daily tasks.
- Experience using agency management systems or digital lead tracking tools.
- Ability to network effectively within the Scottsdale local business community.
