About the RoleAt , our new Wealth Management group, we have built a turnkey annuity sales platform designed to support high-performing annuity closers. We are seeking elite sales professionals who can effectively consult with qualified prospects, conduct appointments, and close annuity business in a compliant and professional manner. Unlike traditional independent advisor roles where the advisor may bear the financial risk, marketing expense, and administrative burden, provides a performance-based environment designed to let closers focus on revenue-producing sales activity.
RequirementsProven track record closing annuity or financial services deals
Ability to consult with qualified prospects professionally and compliantly
Self-motivated with elite-level sales discipline
Comfortable working within a structured sales system
Must have Life and Health Insurance License
Must have experience selling annuities
Compensation$50,000 Base + 15% Revenue Generated
