Role Description The Regional Parish Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in the North Phoenix Region. This position will assist our National Director of Parish Partnerships through continued relationship building with pastors and Catholic parish leadership team members with the goal of launching new parish magazine partnerships, and supporting parish partnerships through securing local business sponsors. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting in-person and phone meetings, explaining the value of parish-centered media, and guiding partners through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in media, advertising, or related fields.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills to engage parish leaders and local business owners.
- Ability to manage a territory, organize outreach activities, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Comfort with in-person meetings, phone calls, and follow-up communication in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Self-motivated work style, with the capacity to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Knowledge of or interest in Catholic parish life and faith-based communities is strongly beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular visits to parishes and local businesses in the North Phoenix Region .
- High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
