As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and interact with staff, visitors, and patients to provide exceptional customer service.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and visitors to address concerns and provide information about security‑related processes as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management to deliver consistent service.

• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
