** LEAD REMODELER - LEAD CARPENTER RESIDENTIAL
**** Premier Kitchen and Bath is Scottsdale and the East Valley’s Premier Residential Remodeling Contractor since 1993, with showroom locations in Scottsdale and Mesa.
**** MINIMUM - MUST HAVE: 10 years of full time recent experience in Residential Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling**. Proven skills in cabinet installation, trim work, light framing, and general residential Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling. Rough and trim experience in plumbing preferred as it pertains to kitchen and bathroom plumbing. Read and interpret installation documents. Adhere to project schedules. Have a detailed view of the overall project and strive to exceed the customer’s expectations.
* Proper work vehicle, licensed, and insured.
* Own majority of hand and power tools required for Lead Carpenters.
* Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and prompt.
* Demonstrate a consistent strong work ethic.
* Knowledge of residential kitchen and bath remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes given current experience.
** Compensation
* ** M-F Work Week. 40 hours
