We’re looking for an AV Technician to join our Scottsdale team—someone with hands‑on experience in smart‑home installation, wiring, and networking who’s ready to take the next step in their craft. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high-end automation systems to life for discerning clients.

• Install and configure AV and smart‑home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron
• Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems
• Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care
• Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance
• Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
• Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy

• 3–5 years of experience in residential AV, low‑voltage, or home automation installation
• Familiarity with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools
• Self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented, and team‑minded
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
