$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Complete system installations, demonstrate the functionality of water and ice machines, and address customer questions and concerns.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on RO systems and ice machines.
• Install water tubing through walls and ceilings as part of the cooler installation process.
• Efficiently complete assigned service routes.
• Communicate effectively with other team members.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use company equipment properly.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school education.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a service or maintenance technician.
• Prior experience in installing and servicing commercial RO and ice systems is a plus.
• Plumbing experience is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to operate iPad and update information in CRM.
• Ability to work independently yet know when to ask questions to accomplish the job.
• Must be able to commute to the distribution center daily.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders.
• Ability to work in confined or small spaces.
• Proficiency in using hands and operating power tools.
