Job Summary
T.L Hanks Excavating now hiring for Heavy Equipment Operators. Experience with excavator, hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep.
Responsibilities and Duties- Site pad, arena, and barn site prep grading and excavation for custom homes.
- Read and interpret site plans.
- Direct crews.
- Work hillside work.
- Do final/finish grades within 1/10.
- Day-to-day activities of the position.
Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S.
Work is mostly in the Rio Verde / Scottsdale area.
