Scottsdale Chapman Ford is seeking an experienced Ford Master Technician to join our service team. Our technicians play a critical role in keeping our customers’ vehicles performing at the highest level through advanced diagnostics, precision repairs, and quality maintenance.

Technicians work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians and report directly to the Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using Ford factory diagnostic tools, software, and procedures
  • Perform warranty repairs in compliance with Ford Motor Company specifications
  • Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance needs to the Service Advisor, including time estimates
  • Complete all work accurately as outlined on repair orders while following dealership processes and quality standards
esired Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Ford Master Technician certification required
  • Previous experience as a mainline auto tech required
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using factory tools and procedures
  • Extensive experience with advanced automotive systems
  • Qualified to perform Ford warranty repairs
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with precise and thorough workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment:

The Service Department is open Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with optional Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Technicians work an 8-hour day and enjoy a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop equipped with all the diagnostic and service equipment needed to perform quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
