We’re seeking a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to lead by example—mentoring developers, shaping best practices, and helping scale our platform exponentially while keeping systems reliable and clean. You’ll architect solutions, build smart tooling, and elevate team performance every sprint.

Set the bar for engineering excellence through hands-on coding, mentoring, and sharing knowledge

Champion clean architecture, SOLID principles, and modern SDLC practices

Create tools, templates, and frameworks that streamline development across teams

Scale our platform to handle 1,000x the current load with unwavering reliability

Lead efforts to manage and reduce technical debt through proactive planning

Design loosely coupled, domain-driven APIs with an API-first approach

10+ years of full software development lifecycle experience and a mindset of continuous learning

3+ years at a Staff Engineer level or higher, with leadership in scaling systems and teams

Deep expertise in SDLC, Clean Code, SOLID principles, TDD/BDD, and clean architecture

5+ years working with modern technologies such as Go, Graph

QL, gRPC, microservices, and No

SQL (not all required—but you learn fast)

7+ years building API-first architectures and distributed systems

Proven track record designing cloud-native systems and managing CI/CD pipelines

A passion for building quality systems, paired with strong testing strategies
